Dirty Smith Privacy Policy

Dirty Smith has always been committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personal and corporate information. We have established Privacy Principles to govern our use of customer information.

Dirty Smith does not sell, share or distribute Customer Information to any third party organization that is NOT related to the ordering and/or shipping process. For example: if the shipping courier needs to get a hold of the customer for their package, Dirty Smith will provide the necessary contact information to assist in the completion of the order. Further more DirtySmith respects your privacy and has never, nor will ever, sell your information.

Dirty Smith is responsible for maintaining and protecting customer information under its control through the website and not responsible for preexisting malware and/or condition on customer’s electronic tools during the visit and/or checkout process.

Identifying Purposes
The purposes for which customer information is collected shall be identified before or at the time the information is collected.

The knowledge and consent of the customer are required for the collection, use or disclosure of customer information except where required or permitted by law.

Limiting Collection

Shipping and Billing:
DirtySmith is not responsible for inaccurate shipping/billing information that is supplied by the customer, nor is anyone who works inside of DirtySmith responsible for any delays, scheduling or speed of any shipping service. The shipping service, chosen by the customer, is obligated to deliver the order to the address provided by them. Once the package is delivered and recorded, DirtySmith and/or the delivery service is not responsible for the safety or integrity of any package left unattended at it’s destination.

DirtySmith is not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail. These issues are between the shipping courier and the customer. Other orders that concern quality or “change of mind” are held on a case by case situation.
