All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Exceptions are made if the product is damaged (has a hole, etc) with in the first week of shipping and/or ordering.

Dirty Smith does not ship internationally. If you purchase for a friend and something happens, it is understood that Dirty Smith is not responsible for what you choose to do with the item after it has been purchased and mailed to you.

By purchasing an item it is assumed you have done your research and understand these conditions.

Shipping:

Dear Dirty Smith: I ordered my stuff…when will it get here?

You will be notified via email when your package(s) have shipped. Do note that shirts, posters, hats are mailed separately.

Dear Dirty Smith: I am not a blacksmith, metal worker or anything related…but I really like your stuff. Can I still purchase it?

Of course you can! You don’t have to be knowledgeable on how to hand forge iron, shoe horses, pattern weld, do a slit and drift hole using tools that you forged out of some spring steel pulled out of a car or even know how to turn on a gas forge.  If you like it then your already on your way to getting dirty!

Dear Dirty Smith:  I was working in my shirt and it caught on fire, what do I do!

Yeah that happens and you will need to get a replacement.

Dear Dirty Smith: I would like a custom design, is that possible?

It sure is and all depends on what you want.   Send me an email

Dear Dirty Smith:  Are you going to have anything different to share or sell?

I always have various other designs ready to go.  Due to limited funds I cannot afford to do them all at once.  I plan on changing it up as I sell inventory.
