Returns and Exchanges:

Dear Dirty Smith: I ordered the wrong shirt / size?

That is fine.  Just let me know and simply mail it back.  As long as its not damaged you can freely exchange it, just shipping will need to be covered. Send me an email.

No refunds on orders out of the USA.

Shipping:

Dear Dirty Smith: I ordered my stuff…when will it get here?

I mail on Fridays.  Depending where you are it could be 1-7 business days.  2 to 3 weeks outside of the U.S.

There are exceptions with holidays or I am out of town.  If that occurs I will contact you ahead of time to let you know when it will be mailed.

Dear Dirty Smith: I am not a blacksmith, metal worker or anything related…but I really like your stuff. Can I still purchase it?

Of course you can! You don’t have to be knowledgeable on how to hand forge iron, shoe horses, pattern weld, do a slit and drift hole using tools that you forged out of some spring steel pulled out of a car or even know how to turn on a gas forge.  If you like it then your already on your way to getting dirty!

Dear Dirty Smith: You don’t have the size I need!

I make a quantity ahead of time and typically run out of one size quicker than others.  If you are eager to get a shirt in a sold out size send me an email and let me know.  Otherwise you will have to wait until the next batch is made.  All shirts larger than XXL are special order, again just let me know and I am more than happy to get them.

Dear Dirty Smith:  I was working in my shirt and it caught on fire, what do I do!

Yeah that happens and you will need to get a replacement.

Dear Dirty Smith: I have awesome ideas that would be great! If I share them what do I get?

A free shirt! I have had plenty of people approach me about such things and will have a voting process soon and let the fans decide!  Send me an email, let me know and I will put it on the list.

Dear Dirty Smith:  Are you going to have anything different to share or sell?

I always have various other designs ready to go.  Due to limited funds I cannot afford to do them all at once.  I plan on changing it up as I sell inventory.

Dear Dirty Smith:  I see other people on your site wearing a DS shirt and have a link to their website.  How can I get a link on dirtysmith.com as well?

Email me a picture wearing a Dirty Smith Shirt participating in whatever event, thing, activity –or whatever floats your boat — with a link that you want attached to it and I will be more than happy to share your info on dirtysmith.com!   Really that is it….
